This workshop is focused on finding calmness and regulating your nervous system. We believe that a calm state is the foundation of physical, emotional, and mental health that is essential to thriving in our busy and demanding world. During the workshop, you will join Lina and gentle equine partners to learn how to settle and relax your nervous system and identify what activates you. Allowing you to empower yourself by taking charge of your own nervous system while being supported by Lina and the horses.
